RankForge collects minimal information necessary to provide our services. The types of information we may encounter include:

• URLs Submitted for Analysis — When you use our SEO tools (Performance, SSL Checker, DNS Lookup, etc.), you submit URLs that we analyze in real time. These URLs are processed to generate the requested report and are not stored beyond the immediate request.
• Contact Information — If you contact us through our contact form, or email, we collect the information you provide (name, email address, message content) solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
• Blog Comments — If you post comments on our blog, we collect your display name, email address, and comment content. Email addresses are never displayed publicly.
• AI Chat Inputs — Messages you send to our AI chat assistant are processed in real time to generate responses. Chat messages are not stored or retained after the session ends.

2. How We Use Information

Information processed by RankForge is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Providing the specific SEO tool service you requested (Performance analysis, SSL check, DNS lookup, etc.)
• Responding to contact form submissions and support inquiries
• Publishing blog comments (with email addresses kept private)
• Generating AI chat responses in real time
• Sending administrative notifications (only when explicitly subscribed or required for account functionality)

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not use your submitted URLs or analysis data for any purpose beyond providing the requested service.

3. Data Storage and Security

RankForge operates on Cloudflare Workers with D1 database infrastructure. Data is processed at the edge for maximum performance and minimal exposure. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption, input sanitization, and access controls to protect your information.

SEO tool inputs (URLs, text content) are processed in real time and are not persistently stored. Blog content, contact submissions, and account settings are stored in our D1 database with appropriate access controls. For detailed data retention information, see our CICP.

4. Cookies and Tracking

RankForge uses minimal cookies necessary for site functionality. We do not use invasive tracking cookies, third-party advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking mechanisms. Our admin interface uses session-based authentication that does not rely on persistent tracking cookies. As we integrate advertising partners in the future, we will update this section and provide appropriate notice and consent mechanisms.

5. Third-Party Services

RankForge uses the following third-party services that may process your information:

• Cloudflare — Infrastructure, security, and AI services. Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Brevo (Sendinblue) — Email delivery for contact form notifications. Subject to Brevo's privacy policy.

We carefully select third-party partners that meet our privacy standards and process data only as necessary to provide the services you request.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you

• The right to request deletion of your personal data
